Your employees take great pride in their workmanship and your sub-contractors are well supervised and provide the best of quality.  Everyone maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the project and were reliable, friendly, courteous, approachable and above all trustworthy.

Great lengths were taken to minimise the disruption caused by the building work.  The work was started after I left for work in the mornings and was finished by the time I got home in the evenings.  All mess was cleared up on a daily basis by your employees.

I am writing to thank you and your team for the wonderful job you have done on our kitchen and extension. We love it!

Having had a difficult time with our architect, I wasn't looking forward to the next stage of this project.
All I can say is that you were great in helping us deal with all the building regulations side of things and helping us deal with the Planning Office. And your team did a fantastic job on the kitchen.

Once work started, your team were considerate, very tidy and possessed a good sense of humour! Which must be very important when dealing with stressed clients. Although we didn't really experience much stress over the project as your team made sure that we had a kitchen area almost to the last minute so we didn't have to spend too much on takeaways!

They kept us informed constantly through the project of each stage and everything ran very smoothly. They even seem to work must Saturdays and even Sundays through a very cold November and December. I have to make a special point of mentioning Ray, who seemed to be here at all hours making sure that the project ran smoothly.

I have certainly recommended you to everyone when I talk about our new kitchen and look forward to working with you and your team on the landscaping of our garden.

"I was recommended Derwood Developments by a friend. From the initial visit, Roy and his team were always helpful and professional. They suggested ideas and responded to my hare-brained schemes with patience and either gave reasons why they wouldn't be appropriate -for example under-floor heating which I was told was more suitable for a new build; or incorporating the ideas into their suggestions - for example wanting more storage space. Roy was always available at the end of the phone or willing to call around to meet in person whenever required.. He was quick to resolve issues such as when the planning consent appeared to have been sent to the wrong address.
