Refurbishing an existing property by adding a house extension has become extremely popular which is exactly what Mr and Mrs Phelps from Penarth requested our company to do, build an extension for their house in Penarth.

The new extension was built to the front of their home to enlarge their existing porch, kitchen,W/C and an up stairs bedroom.

Because our customers both worked full time, they did not have the time to project manage the construction or organise various tradesmen which is the main reason they came to Derwood Developments.

As a company we have all of our own labour and tradesmen, enabling us to be able to offer the complete package and eliminate any stresses or strains. Upon arriving home each evening our customers found everything neat, clean and tidy.
