Very often we get asked to build new extensions in
Cardiff and the surroundings areas to create every women's
dream.
Yes, you've guessed it…… a larger kitchen and a Utility
Room.
This particular House Extension in Cardiff was
built with a modern touch in mind. The project consisted of
building a new modern downstairs W/c Shower room, a much larger
open plan kitchen and a utility room. After fitting a lovely wooden
floor and modern kitchen the project came together to give our
customer exactly what they had been planning for a long time. The
bright white painted walls inside and out really brought to life
the modern shape and feel to the design.
Taking down the main rear wall of the house to open up the
kitchen and integrate it into the new extension was a little bit of
a challenge as we had to ensure that the main load bearing
structure of the house was not impaired in any way. With the right
knowledge and skill it was 'a piece of cake'……..
