New house extension in Porthcawl

Derwood Homes and Developments takes away all of the worries of having a New House Extension Built, regardless of the size or complexity of the project.

Not only do we design architectural plans for our customers but we also calculate all of the engineering requirements for many of our projects. That said many of our customers have their own plans already prepared when they approach us to construct their new family home extension.

One of our recent customers living in Porthcawl requested that we build a combined two story extension that consisted of a new garage, lounge, bathroom, gym, walk in wet room and many other beautiful features, some in glass, some in wood and other in Stone. The project created a lot of excitement for our team of highly trained craftsmen and a bit of a challenge to ensure that each feature complimented the other.

Not only did we deliver on time but we all thoroughly enjoyed the project and working for such lovely customers.
