Loft Conversion In Cardiff

Our client contacted us with the view of converting their attic space into a full Loft Conversion, constructing two large extra double bedrooms one with a balcony and a bathroom,  and the other with an en-suite and storage space.

Once our architect and engineer designed a suitable layout and all of the necessary structural detail we were successful in obtaining full planning permission. The project was quite large in comparison to some Cardiff loft conversions and entailed having to literally take the roof off the house and fit a new one with three dormers. Within a short space of time we started work, turning a bungalow in Cardiff into what is now a very large property.
