An eco-friendly build in Bridgend.
The project was the complete new build of a 3,800 sq ft, brick
and block property together with interior design and landscaping.
Our clients were very specific in their requests. These included
the installation of a recycling water system, under floor heating
and energy lighting - helping to reduce the family's carbon
footprint and save on energy bills.
Our interior designers and landscape gardeners worked closely
with the clients to really understand the look they hoped to
achieve inside and outside the property. The end result was a
fabulous ready-to-move-into six bedroom home with three bathrooms,
library, sun room, play room, study, two reception rooms and
integral double garage.
